-
(Download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print PDF)
BCPS is proud to ensure all our students, staff and families are valued and respected and was one of the first school districts to sign a resolution to honor LGBTQIA2S+ History Month. LGBTQIA2S+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, asexual, two-spirit) The plus sign indicates that there are additional identity terms. The acronym is intended to be inclusive and will continue to evolve as language changes. LGBTQIA2S+ History Month is celebrated in October in observance of the history of gay rights and civil rights movements.
