Early Literacy Proficiency
Goal 1: The percent of grade 3 students who demonstrate grade‐level performance or above on the state English Language Arts (ELA) assessment will grow from 52% in June 2022 to 65% by June 2027.

Algebra Proficiency
Goal 2: The percent of students who met the Algebra graduation testing requirement by the end of grade 9 will grow from 53% in June 2022 to 63% by June 2027.
