Broward County Public Schools Can Now Access Yale’s Most Popular Course for College Credit

High school students in Broward County have a new resource to build the skills to succeed in college and beyond, thanks to a partnership announced today between Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) and the National Educational Equity Lab (Ed Equity Lab), a nonprofit that works to bridge the gap between high school and college for students from low-income backgrounds. -

Absent to School
If you are going to be ABSENT from school, parents have 48 hours to call the hotline and report the absence.

Report a Lateness
Late to School
If you are going to be LATE for school, please have your parent call Student Services BEFORE you arrive on campus.

Early Dismissal Procedure
Dismissal from School
If your parent wants to dismiss you from school using EMAIL or authorize an adult NOT on your emergency list to dismiss you, have them write a letter including their phone #, a copy of the parent's driver's license, name of the student, and reason for dismissal to:

The senior lot will be open for permitted students to access and leave the campus only at specific times.
Up to 8:00 am
9:00 am - 9:20 am
10:45 am - 11:05 am
11:30 am - 11:45 am
12:30 pm - 12:40 pm
1:00 pm - 1:20 pm
This is a guideline and will change with the bell schedule, at which time adjustments will be made.
