  • DISTRICT NOTICE: Community Meetings to Discuss School Board Member Districts

    With the release of the 2020 US Census, Broward County Public Schools is undertaking the work of redrawing School Board Member voting districts. This process occurs every ten years in order to ensure that all districts are balanced in terms of total population, taking into account population changes that occurred since the previous census. It is very important to note that the redistricting process does not affect school boundaries or student school assignment, but merely the voting areas for single-member school board districts.   • Important Traffic Notice from Davie PD

    This is a reminder that all traffic laws must be obeyed including the no stopping, standing, and parking signs posted along Nob Hill Road. Warnings have been given for the past week and starting immediately the Davie Police Department will be conducting traffic enforcement which will result in citations being issued.

    Recent legislation requires that all schools observe a moment of silence at the beginning of the school day. As a class, we will participate in the moment of silence during first period. The legislation states “in today’s hectic society too few persons are able to experience a moment of quiet reflection before plunging headlong into the activities of daily life."
