Induction Coaches are rigorously trained and highly qualified veteran educators who provide a comprehensive and systematic approach for supporting new educators through weekly mentoring.
Induction Coaches collaborate with new educators to make informed decisions based on research-based instructional strategies, analysis of student data, and assessment data analysis that is geared towards impacting student achievement, supporting and retaining effective and qualified teachers, as well as cultivating teacher leaders.
Educators assigned an Induction Coach can expect to develop their teaching strategies in the areas of student engagement, analyzing student learning, managing the classroom, organizing the classroom, and planning for instruction.
