Help is Here
-
Help is Here is a Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) initiative designed to connect students with trusted, trained staff members who can provide the support they need.
Through this program, BCPS encourages students to identify and approach staff members they feel comfortable with. Importantly, every school has staff trained in Youth Mental Health First Aid, ensuring that students in distress receive effective and compassionate assistance.
BCPS is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health resources, including a wellness curriculum, mindfulness tools, and dedicated classroom spaces for practicing self-regulation skills.
Our commitment is to ensure that every student knows where to turn for help and feels supported when they need it most.
