  • Layout

    • When listing mulitple groupings of documents, avoid a 1 column layout. Break up lists into multiple columns to help ensure all items are viewed without scrolling.

    Styling / App Selection

    • Use built-in Editor Styles to add emphasis to important information or improve narrative descriptions for lists of documents
      • Accessibility: To add in the ability of screen readers to capture emphasized text, include punctuation.
    • To minimize errors caused when manually adding links, avoid listing files within the Content App (Use the Site Shortcuts, File Library, or Link Library).
