• SEAS - Regular Budget and SEAS - Internal Budget

    Funding Sources for SEAS Transportation*

    When reserving SBBC school buses for SEAS field trips, please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure your bus costs are shared 50/50 with the SEAS Office:

    1. Your Principal must decide which budget the school's portion of the fee will be paid from - either the "Regular Budget" or the "Internal Budget".

    2. If the fees are paid from the school's "Regular Budget", select SEAS Regular and the fee will be divided between your school's Regular Budget and the SEAS Office.

    3. If the fees are paid from the school's "Internal Budget", select SEAS Internal and the fee will be divided between your school's Internal Budget and the SEAS Office.
    4. Any field trip not approved by the SEAS Coordinator should not select either SEAS Regular nor SEAS Internal.  Please check with the Business Support Center or your school budget keeper to confirm where your transportation costs should be charged.

    *Applies only to traditional SBBC schools. Charter Schools are responsible for their own transportation costs.
