The BCPS Customer Survey will be administered March 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024.These surveys ask stakeholders their opinions about their school, including their teachers, administrators, peers, and other aspects of their experiences at school. Please be assured that your responses to this survey will be anonymous. Your honest opinion is appreciated. The surveys will be available online only.

Make Your Voice Count During the Upcoming 2024 BCPS Customer Survey for Parents and Guardians
In March 2024, families are urged to participate in the annual customer survey to assist the district in better serving the needs of students and families. The survey aligns to the 2022 - 2027 strategic plan. The topics include safety, equity, school support, accountability, and wellness support. Participants' responses are anonymous, and the survey is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole. More information will be provided as the survey window approaches.
