The Caliber Awards is an annual program recognizing and celebrating the District’s outstanding teachers, principals, assistant principals and school-related employees. With more than 30,000 employees, BCPS is proud of those individuals who have dedicated themselves to ensuring the future success of our 271,000+ students. The District winners are announced at a gala, which is attended by more than 1,300 guests.

The Community Involvement Awards is an annual program recognizing the District’s outstanding volunteers, mentors, business partners and family engagement initiatives. With more than 800 attendees, the event celebrates individuals and organizations that give so much to our students and schools.
