Superintendent's Screening Program

  • Superintendents Screening

  • The Superintendent’s Screening Program (SSP) serves as a review process for organizations and individuals interested in providing FREE resources for students and their families in the District’s schools.

  • What is the Superintendent’s Screening Program?

The Superintendent’s Screening Program (SSP) is a process to review requests from outside organizations, businesses, agencies or individuals seeking approval to provide FREE resources for students and their families in the District’s schools. The SSP relies on the expertise of the relevant District Department for approval or denial of any proposal.

  • How can I apply to the program?

Step 1 – Using Google Chrome or Firefox browser, click Superintendent’s Screening Application and create an access account.

Step 2 - Select your specific topic/type of request.

Step 3 - Complete the online questionnaire and attach related documentation.

Step 4 - Allow time for review of material. Based on the type of request the final answer may take between one to five weeks. Proposals regarding curricula and speakers and others may take several months.

Note: All requests, approved or not, will receive a response in writing. After approval, the requests are presented to the schools by the applicants, as Superintendent’s Screening referrals. Principals make the final decision regarding participation in any program or distribution of any material.

  • Can I mail my application?

The screening application is only available online.

Complete the user-friendly online screening application and upload your supportive documents using MS-Word (.doc) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats. Collaterals may be mailed to:
