  • The Textbook Warehouse handles books and associated teaching materials which are out of adoption. The staff works with the Innovative Learning and Arts Department to providing students and teachers of Broward County Public Schools with access to specialized instructional materials in a timely and effective manner.

    Non-Profit Organizations

    Donations of surplus instructional materials are available to non-profit organizations upon approval of the Superintendents Screening Committee. Non-profit organizations wishing to obtain donations of surplus materials must provide a written request to the Superintendents Screening Committee. Once approved, the organization will receive a letter authorizing a donation. Not all surplus materials are available for donation and requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

    Government Entities Florida Statute 1006.41

    Entities must provide a request in writing on the organization's letterhead and a form of personal identification must be provided. Not all surplus materials are available for donation and requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The request should be sent to: warehousing.services@browardschools.com or faxed to 754-321-4775.

    Individual Purchases

    Individual textbooks are available for purchase every Wednesday from 7:00am to 1:00pm at the cost of $1.00 per copy.
