About Dave Brousseau
Dave Brousseau is a South Florida native. Graduated from Deerfield Beach High in 1976 and began covering high school sports in the Fall of 1976. He worked nearly 35 years for the Sun-Sentinel covering high school sports before retiring from the newspaper in Nov. 2015.
Dave was also the beat writer covering Professional Soccer for the Sun-Sentinel from 1988, which included the Fort Lauderdale Strikers and Miami Fusion. He also helped in coverage for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, and Miami Marlins.
