• Sheridan Hills Elementary School is an award winning environmental stewardship school!  We are a proud Everglades Champion School and are committed to implementing Everglades learning into our Science curriculum. Our butterfly and vegetable garden provides a learning space for our students and our Gardening Club.  We have implemented schoolwide recycling initiatives which lessen the amount of waste that our school sends to landfills.  Our students and staff also participate in energy and water saving initiatives school wide.
