School WCMs Limited Access - Homepage and Calendar

  • School WCMs with active accounts can directly update their school’s homepage and calendar.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    MMG and School Quicklinks - Files and Folders Restriction 

    Please note access to your school’s Files and Folders section is restricted, therefore updates that require a PDF link in the MMG App or School Quick Links App can not be completed by a WCM. For homepage updates that do not require linking to a PDF, WCMs can make updates directly.

    For updates that require linking to a PDF, please submit a Website Update Request Form, and our team will assist in posting the necessary files.

     

    School News

    To link to a PDF in the School News App, under Current Content,  select Article or File to include a PDF in your post.

     

App Limitations

    • MMG- Linking to a PDF is not available.
    • School Quick Links - Linking to a PDF is not available.
    • School News - PDF linking has limited access.
