Broward County Public Schools, in conjunction with The I Love You Guys Foundation, will move to the use of the STANDARD RESPONSE PROTOCOL. The purpose of the transition to plain language is to ensure all internal and external communication between emergency responders is clearly understood. This plain language emergency protocol will eliminate the use of ALL color codes, as required by the federal government and the MSD Commission.
