Happy New School Year Walker Elementary Families,
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am thrilled to welcome our students and staff back to school. I hope you were able to relax and make special memories with your friends and families. Now it is time to look forward to another amazing new school year here at Walker Elementary School. Our Theme this year is "Fueling Success: Racing towards Proficiency and Beyond!" I greatly look forward to fulfilling this theme, with our new Principal Mrs. Beavers, and additional Assistant Principal Mr. Frye. We are ready to welcome our students back to engage in meaningful learning experiences and continue to move toward reaching all of our academic goals.
This past school year we incorporated many great new experiences for our students. These great new experiences allowed our students to have fun and learn simultaneously. Therefore, during the new school year, Walker Elementary will continue to educate, mentor, and provide assistance to all our students. I really look forward to being a part of the learning that will take place this new school year. Thank you, Walker Family, for continuing to entrust me as your Assistant Principal for the 2024-2025 school year.

Dear Walker Family,
Welcome back! It is my esteemed honor and privilege to introduce myself to the Walker Elementary School Family as your new assistant principal for the 2024-2025 school year. I am excited to be returning to Walker Elementary! This year, I will work along with Mrs. Beavers and Ms. Temple to serve our school community and to ensure each child is given the opportunity to develop socially, emotionally, and academically in a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
My goal is to provide continuous support to all faculty and staff to guarantee scholars receive an exceptional educational experience. We encourage parents to communicate with teachers and staff to foster a successful partnership.As we prepare to welcome our students on August 12, 2024, please remember that Walker Elementary is a mandatory uniform school. All students must be in uniforms every day.
Our Theme this year is "Fueling Success: Racing towards proficiency and beyond!", so parents join us by "Fueling up your partnership to assist us in reaching 100% proficiency. I look forward to working with each of you this school year and if you need assistance with anything, please know my door is always open.
