    Dear MLK Family,
     
    We are having an incredible school year, and I am proud to share that our FAST Progress Monitoring 2 data confirms we are moving in the right direction! Our students and staff continue to demonstrate dedication and perseverance, and I am confident we will reach new heights together. We still have important work and learning ahead as we prepare for PM3 testing in May. Attendance Counts 24/7!
     
    On January 22, 2025, the School Board of Broward County voted to consolidate Broward Estates Elementary School into Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Montessori Academy, effective for the 2025-26 school year. We look forward to welcoming our new students and families into our school community and ensuring a smooth transition for all. School tours are available for new families, and registration information can be obtained by calling our office at 754-322-6550.
     
    Together, we will continue to achieve great things and build a strong, unified learning environment for all of our students. Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to excellence!
