  • Pathways 2 Life

Pathways2Life promotes college, career, and life readiness by adopting the idea behind the 4-Es: enroll, enlist, explore, and employ. In short, viable pathways suitable for all 11th and 12th grade students registered in HEART will be presented to students as they contemplate or finalize their plans beyond high school.

  • T.A.L.K. App

Hello Students, Additional student mental health supports may also be found within the T.A.L.K. App, which stands for; Tell Another., Listening is Key. The district has launched the T.A.L.K. App, which provides K–12 students with a confidential online form to request to speak to a mental health professional, or report abuse on a 24-hour basis. The app icon may be found in Clever and is available at a touch of a button.

Once a student submits a T.A.L.K. App form, they are connected to a mental health professional before the end of the next school day.

If a student is in crisis and has an immediate need to speak to a mental health professional, they are advised to contact the following 24/7 resources:

The T.A.L.K. App advises all students to call 911 if they have an emergency.
