2025/26 School Choice Late Application Window Opens on April 7, 2025
Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) is excited to announce that the School Choice Late Application Window for the 2025/26 school year takes place April 7 – August 22, 2025. This application window follows the main (open enrollment) School Choice application window, which took place earlier this school year.
Parents and guardians may submit a School Choice application online at browardschools.com/schoolchoice for school reassignments and magnet programs at schools with available seats. In addition, applications may be submitted for:
- Nova elementary schools (Nova Blanche Forman Elementary School and Nova Eisenhower Elementary School)
- Coconut Creek K–8, Silver Shores K–8, Coral Cove K–8, and Hollywood Central K–8 schools (applications can be submitted for seats in K–6th grade). These are newly reconfigured K–8 schools.
- Pines 6–12 Collegiate Academy (applications can be submitted for seats in 6th–9th grade). This is a newly reconfigured 6–12 school, currently Pines Middle School.
- Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. This option was not available during the original application window.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to check their email for award notifications which will be sent on an ongoing basis (through August 2025) beginning the week of April 28. Only those who have been awarded a seat will receive the email notification.
