Before and After School Child Care

The mission of Before and After School Child Care (BASCC) is to provide students enrolled in Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) with:
- an inclusive child care program in a safe and nurturing environment
- a culturally enriching program that promotes the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development of each child
- a program that meets the highest quality of childcare standards

Program Overview
School Board Operated (SBO) Program
Our childcare program provides a supervised learning and play environment for the students who attend our school. We offer a wide variety of age-appropriate activities and monitored homework time. Our students have opportunities to learn new skills, socialize, and interact with their peers.

Program Overview
YMCA of South Florida
After the school bell rings, children in our on-site program are given a safe environment to boost their academic skills and develop healthy habits that will carry them throughout their lives, all under the guidance of caring adults.
Activities and Services Offered:
OUR PROGRAM OFFERS: • Experienced, CPR & First Aid Certified Professionals • Arts and Crafts • Cultural Arts• Small Ratio • Hands on STEAM based Curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) • PATHS Social Skills Curriculum • YFit physical fitness and sports activities •Homework assistance.
