Our media center offers students an opportunity to select a variety of high interest age-appropriate books to read in the classroom and at home.

Check-out is an exciting time as students search for that "just right" book that peaks their interest and allows them to enjoy reading!

All scholars are expected to be responsible while using the books and to return them on time and in good condition, so that other students may also enjoy the books in our collection. Students must return their books before checking out new ones. If students have forgotten their books on check out day, they may turn in their books the next time and then check out a new books. They may also renew books they have not finished, but they still need to bring them in on the due date so that we can scan them again.

A book is considered lost if it has not been returned within 90 school days after the due date. Students and parents are expected to pay for lost or damaged library boopks. All financial obligations are recorded in the district database and remain as part of the student's file until the debt is satisfied.
