Conditioning and Open Gyms begin July 1, 2024.
Week 1 will be at CCHS Main Gym. 8 am -11 am. Bring court shoes, workout shoes, an extra shirt, a towel, and water.
Week of July 8th. - Mon-Thurs. 8 am - 10 am COOPER CITY OPTIMIST SAND COURTS. (located behind the police station at 90th Ave)
Week of July 15 TBA
Week of July 22nd - Mon-Thurs. 8 am - 10 am COOPER CITY OPTIMIST SAND COURTS.
Bring plenty of water to the sand courts. NO Swimsuits. Tank tops are acceptable, no midriffs.
