Running shoes, proper clothing to run in, a towel and a water bottle are required for conditioning, any training and all meets. There will be NO SHARING OF ANYTHING!!
In order to condition or tryout, you must have ALL paperwork and ALL coursework complete and submitted to Dragonfly. Please follow the instructions below for the paperwork.
