  • TIPS 

    1. Before starting a scholarship application, please wait 48 hours after receiving an approval confirmation email and making a full payment that includes all services needed
    2. If you need assistance, contact 754-321-3330, Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm.

    1. Once a scholarship application has been submitted, it may take up to 6-8 weeks to process. During this time, all fees must be paid in full until you receive an email stating that you are approved. If approved, it will go into effect starting with the next pay period.  

    Scholarship Application checklist:

    1. To determine eligibility, we will be using total household occupants and gross income for all adults 18 years or older.

    2. All students listed on the application must have a 10-digit student number If you do not have it, the school’s front office can provide you with the number.

    3. Provide an  active, monitored email

    • Updates on the status of your application will be sent to the email address you have provided. .
    • It is important to monitor your emails for updates on your scholarship application.
      • If you don’t have an email address, free email addresses are available from Yahoo, Gmail, etc.
    • Check your email’s spam, trash, junk folder for scholarship status emails.

    4. Submit additional applications if you have more than three children or they attend different schools.

    5. All students listed on the application must have a completed application, an approval confirmation email, and have all program fees paid in full. All students must have an active aftercare registration.

    • All fees must be paid in full, for all students on the application, prior to applying for a scholarship.
    • Do not apply for a scholarship until all fees are paid, unpaid fees will cause the application to be denied and closed.

    Before starting the scholarship  application, make sure you have reviewed the checklist. Failure to have all the items listed above will delay the application process and /or cause your application to be denied.

    Please read these guidelines completely and have all documents ready to attach to the  application.

    We verify the information provided on the scholarship application with the information on the aftercare registration and in FOCUS. All adults in the household, 18 years or older, are required to submit:

      • Current work verification. For a list of required documents, view Parent Guide.
      • Most current year tax return. For acceptable tax documents, view the Parent Guide. 

    You may be requested to provide additional documents or information not listed.
