Custodial – provides district-wide support to all schools and facilities.  The department cleans and maintains a total of twenty-eight administrative sites, while also offering support to custodial staff at all other facilities.  This support includes providing backup cleaning services, equipment deployment for summer school sites, and comprehensive site custodial assessments.  The department is also used as first responder to site emergencies such as fire, flood, Food and Nutrition Service equipment outages, vandalism, and special disinfection events.  Training for new staff and the organization of the annual Facility Serviceperson Leadership Conference is also led by this department.  Below are some of the benefits provided.

The department falls under the supervision of a Manager I supported by four Supervisors, eleven Head Custodians, one Clerk Specialist B Confidential, one Office Manager II, two Clerical Support IV’s, and one Payroll Processor.
