The School Transformation Office (STO) manages and supports 20 elementary schools across Broward County. The School Transformation Office is dedicated to innovative approaches to provide equitable, high-quality instruction, develop school staff and leaders, foster collaborative school cultures, and promote parent and community partnerships for priority schools. STO collaborates with District departments and school-based teams to provide priority schools with the appropriate support, resources and strategic interventions necessary to guide school improvement efforts and address students' academic and social-emotional needs.
