Greetings Silver Shores Family,

It is my honor and a pleasure to welcome you to the 2024–2025 school year! I hope you all had a relaxing and exciting summer break. I am extremely proud to continue to serve as the principal of this amazing learning community for the 12^th year and support the faculty, staff, and students of Silver Shores Elementary School, The GREATEST Corner in the Universe! This year, our theme is “SSE 24-25: Planting the Seeds of Success.”

As a school, we will be infusing this concept in all that we do. As has been our mission at The Shores, we will continue to provide a safe, collaborative, positively charged, fully inclusive school to successfully prepare our students to be lifelong learners and fully participate in our society. With that said, and with the support of all SSE Stakeholders, I am excited to kick this year off in true Silver Eagle style and begin planting the seeds of success.

I look forward to the start of the new school year and to continuing our collaboration of providing our children with a highly effective and authentically engaging educational experience. As always, we will look to our families to be positive partners in their children’s educational journey. We have always made a priority of working together as a caring and compassionate learning community with professionalism, teamwork, action, and expertise, and my expectation is that we will continue to plant the seeds of success in our own personal and professional growth. We will always put the best interests of our students at the center of our purpose.

As I said last year in my welcome back letter: “I believe there is no limit to what we can do and will achieve at the Shores. I am authentically committed to making every day important and better than the last. We will continue to learn from both our successes and our failures, and flourish as a community of learners that reach our highest expectations.” This rings true today.

We will continue to champion the cause for our students and families as you are our “Why!”; and despite any individual differences, we always have, and always will stand united as a PROUD SILVER EAGLE FAMILY!!!
