Dear Markham Family,

It is an absolute honor and privilege to introduce myself as the new Principal at C. Robert Markham Elementary School. I am grateful to be a part of the Markham family and to have the opportunity to work with such outstanding students, parents, teachers, staff, and community members.

At C. Robert Markham Elementary School, the faculty and staff are dedicated to creating a nurturing and student-centered environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth. At our school, every child is valued, respected, and encouraged to explore their unique talents and interests. We strive to ignite curiosity, inspire creativity, and develop the critical thinking skills necessary for success in today's world.

I believe it takes a village to ensure that each student reaches their highest academic potential. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our students and their futures. I encourage you to stay connected with your classroom teacher, get involved by joining our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and our School Advisory Committee (SAC), and visit our school’s website frequently for valuable information.

As we await the construction on Building 1, I am delighted to announce that the District and this administration are working together to make C. Robert Markham Elementary School a better place for teaching and learning through the following campus improvements:

• Installation of 6 additional new portables
• Outfitting 10 classrooms with new student desks and chairs
• Extension of canopies in the bus and car loops
• Adding fencing in the car loop and single point of entry
• Beautifying the campus landscape 

These improvements reflect our dedication to providing the best possible educational experience for our students. We appreciate the ongoing support of our community and look forward to the positive impact these enhancements will bring to C. Robert Markham Elementary School.
