Wrestling - Don't have tryouts, they have wrestleoffs before every meet.  The first practice date for girls is November 4th, first practice date for boys is November 11.

This is Coach Sodergren’s 30th year coaching the Cowboys Wrestling team. An All-American collegiate wrestler himself and an inductee to the Broward County Coaches Association Hall of Fame, he has guided the team to well over 300 wins, 7 district titles, 10 individual county champions, and 11 state place winners, including 2 state runners-up. The wrestlers are consistently one of the top teams in the country and always are competitive and fun to watch. If you want to get in the best shape of your life and be a member of a high-caliber, competitive team that looks out for and cares for each other, join the wrestling team! 

Practice will start this year on November 4th and competition goes from December through February. 

Districts are February 18, Regionals February 28, and State Championships are March 6-8.

You must have all the paperwork prior to any physical training. All paperwork is to be on the Aktivate app or online at Aktivate.com. Most of the forms can be filled out and signed online. The exceptions are the physical (EL2 form can be downloaded from Aktivate and filled out by a physician) and a copy of your health insurance card. When you scan the EL2, you must save it into one single document or only the last page scanned will make it into the system.
