Entrepreneur and Leadership Military Academy
The Entrepreneur and Leadership Military Academy at Hollywood Hills High School located in Hollywood, Florida is a distinguished college preparatory magnet program of academic excellence with a primary focus on academic excellence and success, strong work ethic, and character development and leadership. ELMA offers a discipline Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) program with a dedicated magnet coordinator and guidance director, and Advanced Placement (AP) classes taught by Academy teachers combined with a JROTC component taught by professional military instructors.
The goal of this unique Magnet and JROTC program is to teach discipline and accountability along with leadership development at the highest level. ELMA cadets learn to be creative through a variety of innovative teaching practices, and community service opportunities that develop our cadet students into well-rounded world citizens that are intellectually, emotionally, and financially prepared for post-secondary life and beyond.

Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) Eddie A. Jones, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, retired from the active-duty United States Army in 2015 after serving twenty-seven honorable years. Chief Jones served as our JROTC program Senior Army Instructor from February 2015 to June 2022 for almost eight years. His military experience, knowledge, and training; as well as an attuned level of adept people skills, inspired and promoted a cohesive educational environment built on effort, productivity, and excellence. Chief Jones is now the Senior Army Instructor of the Entrepreneur and Leadership Military Academy at Hollywood Hills High School.
